Q. How much luggage can we take?
A. As much as you like, as long as you inform us at the time of booking
so we can provide the right type of vehicle to you.
Q. Can I smoke in T&H Travel vehicles?
A. No, all of our vehicles are non-smoking.
Q. Who pays for car park charges?
A. The client pays for any parking charges incurred while we meet and
greet. If pre-arranged we can wait outside of the airport and you can
phone us when you are through the terminal building. We will then drive
up and collect you outside the terminal, therefore not incurring any parking
charges.
Q. What happens when our flight is delayed?
A. We will be monitoring your flight on the day of arrival. Our driver
will enter the airport 30 minutes after your flight has landed to minimise
car park payments.
Q. What happens to car seats?
A. We will store car seats for you and bring them to the airport for your
return journey.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
A. We require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking. If any deposit has
been paid, this would be refunded minus a 15% administration charge. If
12 hours notice is given, 50% of the fare is payable. If less than 12
hours notice is given, the full fare is chargeable to the client.
Q. How do we pay for your service?
A. Payment is accepted by way of cash or credit card. We also have account
facilities available upon request. Payment by credit cards are subject
to a 5% administration charge. Payments by credit card or on account are
also subject to VAT.
Q. Do you offer any type of discount?
A. We do offer discounts to account holders and frequent users. Further
